Our company designs and implements methods, customization and turn-key solutions for energy systems based on innovative patented know-how and technologies in the field of electric heating. Key element of innovative know-how is R&D in electric heating by cloth method. There are different ways of getting basic heating elements – heating cloth, for example by pre-programmed weaving, or by impregnating by electrical conductive composite.

Power and performance characteristics are pre-programmed: voltage, power, heating temperature on the surface. All products can be used as a direct or alternate current. Physical configurations vary from 50mm up to 2000mm in width, and from 100 to 1000 meters and up in length, depending on a thread-feed in a loom.

In our experience customers are choosing heating solutions where basic heating elements are two to three meters in length, and they are positioned and/or combined to assure consistent and efficient heating for the entire surface/space according to customer's specifications. Our heating products have wide range in voltage from as low and safe as 12v, 24v, and 36v in direct current design to 100v, 120v, 220v, 380v and 460v for alternate current configurations. The power is in the range from 100w to 3kwt per square meter of heating cloth. Preset heating temperature on the surface of the heating cloth is in the range from 20°С to 250°С.
