GNET Corp. creates and develops power systems on the basis of power saving technologies in the area of electrothermics.

An important part in creating such systems constitute the designs based on the method of fabrication of current conducting filaments type “casing – nucleus” and heating cloths on basis thereof. The heating element is a flexible polymeric cloth made on the basis of current conducting filaments or carbon filaments in combination with current distributing bus bars. The feeding voltage is from 12 to 380 V, the specific capacity is up to 3000 Wt/m². The design and structure of the heating cloths is determined in accordance with the desirable specifications. The temperature of the heating element is from 10 to 250^oC. For the heating cloth and products made thereof we have Russian patents and certificates, including for highly explosive production.

It is very interesting to present the works related with thermocovers, thermocontainers, thermoboxes thought to extend the temperature regime of operation of different equipment up to -70 ^oC. The thermocover set is composed of:

• thermocover with insulated heating element (heating cloth) which has a sensor – thermodelimiter for disconnecting the power in case of overheating;
• connection and disconnection control block of the heating element which starts the heating at the temperature of -25 ^oC and interrupts it at the temperature of -15 ^oC (other options are also available);
• 220/36V power block (for equipment protected from explosions 220V power block).

From 1999 up to now the thermocovers have been used and introduced in some objects in the North for respective equipment by companies like GLOBALTEL (Moscow) – satellite communication fixed antenna modules, ZAO “VMS” (Moscow), DECT-Telecom (Saint Petersburg), “Company Information Industries” (Moscow), AVALCOM (Moscow), NPF GEISER (Moscow), NEC (Moscow), Siberian Company NEMAN (Novosibirsk), SAKHATELECOM (Yakutsk), MORSVIAZSPUTNIK (Moscow), OLVIA (Saint Petersburg), “ElcomSviaz” (Novosibirsk), “TESS-COM” (Moscow) and some other companies that supply equipment to the North, where the temperature is from – 60 to 70 ^oC.

Since 2008 we have designed a large range of explosion safe thermocovers. The thermocovers are mainly supplied to Verkhnechonskiy gas field of OAO “Verkhnechonskneftegaz” (Irkutsk). The companies that order to supply the thermocovers are ZAO NTK “ModulNefteGazKomplekt”, OOO ‘INTEKH-NSK”, OOO “Sputnik-Integratsiya” (Perm), OOO “Energomash” (Arkhangelsk), OOO “NPK” etc., EMERSON  LLC, ROTORK.
